• Our client program included analysis of mechanical, electronic and control problems with recommendations for rebuilding.
  • Redesign and modify mechanical stations.
  • Rewire, tag, and document electrical control system.
  • Integrate simplified and upgraded control software.
  
  
• A complete rebuilding program was performed at our facility.
  
  
• The system was returned to production at very high productivity.
  
  
• We then designed an built a rotary machine which is even more efficient, and shows greatly reduced maintenance requirements.
